• 1 cup grated Sweet Potato
  • 1 cup Almond/ Coconut Milk
  • Stevia/ Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 1-2 chopped Cashews and Almonds for garnishing
  • A pinch of cardamom powder (elaichi powder)
  • 1-2 saffort strands

How to make

Wash , peel and grate the sweet potatoes.

Heat a pan, roast the cashews and almonds till it becomes brown. Once done, keep them in a bowl.

Now add in the same pan 1 tsp oil and the grated sweet potato. Fry for 5 minutes.

Add Almond/ Coconut milk. Bring to a boil. It will take around 15 minutes. Stir continuosly till it thickens.

Add stevia or sugar. Again cook for 5 minutes on low flame. Lastly add the elaichi powder and mix well.

Garnish with roasted nuts before serving. You can eat it hot or cold as you prefer.
